Hydronidone (F-351) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and a candidate therapeutic for hepatic fibrosis. Research indicates it exhibits anti-fibrotic activity, reducing collagen deposition in both in vitro hepatic stellate cell models and in vivo rodent models of liver injury.
