Clavulanic Acid (RX-10100) is a β-lactamase inhibitor isolated from Streptomyces clavuligerus. It is used in research to study bacterial resistance mechanisms and is commonly combined with β-lactam antibiotics for in vitro susceptibility testing and in vivo infection model studies.
