Murine Double Minute2 (MDM2)

The E3 ligase activity is confined to the C-terminal domain of Mdm2 and is responsible for the ubiquitinylation and subsequent proteasomal degradation of p53, and can be SUMOylated which decreases autoubiquitinylation activity but increases activity toward p53.

Store it under sterile conditions at -20 to -70 °C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
