Gemeprost
Gemeprost is a prostaglandin E1 analog employed in research to study uterine contractility and cervical ripening. It is utilized in preclinical models of obstetric hemorrhage and, in combination with mifepristone, for investigating pregnancy termination mechanisms up to 24 weeks gestation.
