Amitifadine hydrochloride
Amitifadine hydrochloride (EB-1010 hydrochloride) is a small molecule triple reuptake inhibitor (SNDRI) that blocks the transporters for serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. It is used in preclinical research to investigate the mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications of multi-target antidepressants in both in vitro and in vivo models.
