5'-Amino-5'-deoxyadenosine
5'-Amino-5'-deoxyadenosine (NH2dAdo) is an adenosine kinase inhibitor with demonstrated antitumor activity against lymphoid malignancies. Its anticancer effects, studied in vitro and in vivo, are primarily mediated through the inhibition of DNA synthesis and the induction of apoptotic cell death.
