Etoposide Phosphate
Etoposide Phosphate is an orally bioavailable prodrug of etoposide, a topoisomerase II inhibitor used in cancer research. It induces DNA damage, apoptosis via p53, and cell cycle arrest, and is applied in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft models for studying chemotherapy mechanisms.
