Efaproxiral
Efaproxiral (RSR13) is a synthetic allosteric modifier of hemoglobin that increases tumor oxygenation. It has been investigated preclinically and clinically as a radiosensitizer and chemoenhancer for cancers such as brain metastases and breast carcinoma.
