Simeprevir sodium
Simeprevir is a small molecule NS3/4A protease inhibitor used in hepatitis C virus (HCV) research. It is applied in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo animal studies to investigate antiviral mechanisms and combination therapies for chronic HCV infection.
