PAF (C16)
PAF (C16) is a phospholipid mediator and PAFR ligand that potently activates MAPK/MEK/ERK pathways to increase vascular permeability. It exhibits anti-apoptotic and anti-inflammatory activities in vitro by inhibiting caspase-dependent apoptosis. This molecule is widely used in vascular biology, inflammation, and signal transduction research, with applications in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
