MG-115

MG-115 (Z-LL-Nva-CHO) is a potent, reversible proteasome inhibitor that selectively targets the chymotrypsin-like activity, with K i values of 21 nM and 35 nM for the 20S and 26S proteasome, respectively. This compound is widely used in cancer research to study proteasome function, p53-dependent apoptosis, and cellular mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo models.
