IWP-3 is a potent small molecule Wnt inhibitor that blocks Wnt protein palmitoylation, suppressing oncogenic signaling. It reduces viability in cancer cell lines like MG63 and is applied in myeloma and other cancer research, supporting both in vitro and in vivo studies of Wnt pathway dysregulation.
