Lenalidomide hydrochloride
Lenalidomide hydrochloride is an oral immunomodulatory agent that acts as a molecular glue for the E3 ligase cereblon (CRBN), leading to the degradation of IKZF1/IKZF3. It is widely used in research for studying multiple myeloma and B-cell lymphoma, both in vitro and in vivo, due to its effects on tumor cell growth and T-cell IL-2 production.
