Arylquin 1
Arylquin 1 is a small molecule that induces secretion of the tumor suppressor Par-4 by targeting vimentin. It also triggers lysosomal membrane permeabilization, leading to non-apoptotic cell death in cancer cells. This compound is a useful research tool for studying Par-4 biology and lysosome-dependent cell death mechanisms in vitro.
