Amastatin
Amastatin is a cell-permeable, non-toxic inhibitor of aminopeptidase A (Ki=1 μM) and leucine aminopeptidase. It is widely used in biochemical and physiological research to study the roles of these enzymes in peptide metabolism, both in vitro and in animal models.
