Palonosetron
Palonosetron is a potent 5-HT3 receptor antagonist (Ki = 0.17 nM) used in CINV research. It is widely applied in pharmacological studies for investigating antiemetic mechanisms and efficacy in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo animal models of chemotherapy-induced nausea.
