Dolastatin 10 TFA is a marine-derived antimitotic agent that potently inhibits tubulin polymerization and non-competitively blocks vincristine binding. It is widely used in cancer research, demonstrating potent antitumor activity in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft models.
