LE135
LE135 is a selective RARα/RARβ antagonist with higher affinity for RARβ (Ki = 220 nM) and also activates TRPV1 and TRPA1 channels. This dual activity makes it a useful research tool for studying retinoid signaling and pain pathways in various in vitro and in vivo models.
