Ryuvidine is a small molecule dual inhibitor of KDM5A and SETD8, inducing DNA damage response and inhibiting H4K20 methylation. It has demonstrated anticancer activity in breast cancer and erythroplasia research models, showing efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo experimental settings.
