Spiroxatrine
Spiroxatrine is a selective dual antagonist of 5-HT1α and α2-adrenergic receptors with additional activity at other serotonin and dopamine receptors. It is used in cardiovascular and neuropharmacological research, including in vitro binding assays and in vivo studies on blood pressure and sedation.
