ACJI-99C is a cell-permeable, irreversible small-molecule inhibitor targeting the Cdc48/p97 ATPase. It is utilized in biochemical and cellular research to study p97-associated processes such as protein degradation and endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) in both in vitro and cell-based assays.
