IL-17A, Human (T26A, sf9, His)
IL-17A is a homodimeric cytokine and plays a critical role in host defense mechanisms against many bacterial and fungal pathogens as well as allergic and autoimmune responses. IL-17A induces the production of antimicrobial peptides, cytokines, chemokines, and matrix metalloproteinases[1][2]. IL-17A Protein, Human (sf9, His) is a recombinant human IL-17A protein with His tag at the N-terminus and is expressed in sf9 insect cells. It consists of 132 amino acids (G24-A155) .
