5-MPEP
5-MPEP is a neutral allosteric ligand for the mGlu5 receptor, inhibiting the activity of both negative (MPEP) and positive (CDPPB) allosteric modulators. It is a valuable research tool for investigating mGlu5 receptor pharmacology and allosteric modulation in both in vitro and in vivo models of CNS disorders.
