Boc-8-Aoc-OH is a bifunctional PROTAC linker featuring a terminal carboxylic acid for amide coupling and a Boc-protected amine. After acidic deprotection, the free amine is utilized to construct proteolysis-targeting chimeras (PROTACs) for targeted protein degradation research in both cellular and biochemical assays.
