CLR01 sodium

CLR01 is a molecular tweezer that modulates protein aggregation and stabilizes protein interfaces. It has demonstrated efficacy in reducing pathological α-synuclein in multiple system atrophy models, inhibiting SOD1 aggregation in ALS models, and suppressing viral infection by Ebola and Zika viruses in vitro and in vivo.
