AhR modulator-1 is an orally bioavailable and selective aryl hydrocarbon receptor ligand. It exhibits anti-metastatic activity, partly through suppressing prostatic VEGF production pre-tumorigenesis, and demonstrates anti-estrogenic effects in uterine tissue. This small molecule is utilized in cancer research, particularly for studying AhR pathways in metastasis and angiogenesis in both in vitro and in vivo models.
