BpV (phen)
BpV (phen) is a cell-permeable, potent inhibitor of protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) and PTEN, with reported IC50 values of 343 nM for PTP-β, 920 nM for PTP-1B, and 38 nM for PTEN. It is widely used in research to investigate PI3K/Akt signaling, insulin sensitivity, and neuronal survival in both cellular and animal models.
