CB1151 is a 20-epi analog of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, demonstrating potent anti-tumor activity. It inhibits the proliferation of breast cancer MCF-7 cells with an IC50 of 0.82 nM and is a valuable tool for studying vitamin D receptor signaling in cancer research, both in vitro and in vivo.
