Sigma-LIGAND-1

Sigma-LIGAND-1 is a selective sigma receptor ligand exhibiting high affinity at the DTG and PPP binding sites, with IC50 values of 16 nM and 19 nM, respectively. It shows significantly lower affinity for the dopamine D2 receptor (Ki = 4000 nM) . This profile makes it a useful research tool for investigating sigma receptor function in neuropharmacological studies, both in vitro and in vivo.
