B I09
B I09 is an IRE-1 RNase inhibitor (IC50 = 1230 nM) that blocks XBP1 mRNA splicing in vitro in human WaC3 cells and suppresses xbp-1 expression in LPS-stimulated B cells. This compound is a useful research tool for modeling XBP-1 deficiency in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cell studies.
