PPADS tetrasodium
PPADS tetrasodium is a selective P2X receptor antagonist and inhibitor of reverse Na+/Ca2+ exchange. It exhibits neuroprotective effects against glutamate/NMDA toxicity and is widely used in vitro and in vivo to study purinergic signaling in airway physiology, neurobiology, and cardiovascular research.
