Furaprofen is an orally bioavailable, selective HCV inhibitor with demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties. It reduces carrageenan-induced paw edema and, at higher doses, inhibits cotton pellet-induced granuloma formation in rat models, supporting its study in viral hepatitis and inflammation research.
