5-BrdUTP sodium salt
5-BrdUTP sodium salt is a thymidine analog utilized by Terminal Deoxynucleotidyl Transferase (TdT) to label DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) . It is widely applied in TUNEL assays for detecting apoptosis and DNA damage in both in vitro cell cultures and in vivo tissue sections.
