YS-121
YS121 is a dual inhibitor of microsomal prostaglandin E2 synthase-1 (mPGES-1) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), with IC50 values of 3.4 μM and 6.5 μM, respectively. It dose-dependently inhibits PGE2 production (EC50=12 μM) in IL-1β-stimulated A549 cells, making it a useful research tool for studying inflammation and eicosanoid biology in cellular models.
