Mycophenolate mofetil hydrochloride
Mycophenolate Mofetil is a potent, reversible, and non-competitive inhibitor of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase isoforms I and II (IMPDH1/2), exhibiting IC50 values of 39 nM and 27 nM, respectively. It is widely used in immunology research to suppress lymphocyte proliferation, both in cell-based assays and in animal models of transplantation and autoimmunity.
