AlphaSYN-IN-NAB2
AlphaSYN-IN-NAB2 is a recombinant protein encoded by the NAB2 gene that selectively protects neurons from alpha-synuclein toxicity. It functions by promoting Rsp5/Nedd4-dependent endosomal transport, correcting vesicular trafficking defects. This tool is applicable for research in neurodegeneration, cellular stress, and mechanisms of protein aggregation in both in vitro and in vivo models.
