PIH
PIH is a small molecule inhibitor of ciliogenesis that functions by destabilizing microtubules and antagonizing Hedgehog (Hh) signaling. It is used in research to study cilia biology and Hh pathway mechanisms in both cellular and developmental models, including in vitro assays and in vivo studies.
