R1498 is an orally bioavailable, small-molecule CDK2 inhibitor that also exhibits anti-angiogenic and anti-mitotic activity. It has demonstrated good tolerability and efficacy in preclinical in vivo models for hepatocellular and gastric carcinoma research.
