RLX
RLX (PD 139530) is a small molecule inhibitor of the PI3K/Akt/FoxO3a pathway, demonstrating anticancer effects in vitro against colon cancer cells through cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. It also shows anti-inflammatory and cytotoxic activity in respiratory models, reducing inflammatory cells in BAL fluid and affecting A549 lung carcinoma cells.
