Hh-Ag1.5 is a potent small molecule agonist of the Hedgehog pathway and Smoothened receptor (EC50: 1 nM) . It is used in research to study stem cell biology, enabling the differentiation of hiPSCs into neural and skin lineages in vitro and demonstrating hepatoprotective effects in models of liver failure.
