SKA-111
SKA-111 is a selective KCa3.1 channel activator that binds at the CaM N-lobe/S4-S5 interface, inducing endothelial hyperpolarization. It has been utilized in vitro with porcine endothelial cells and in ex vivo studies, such as modulating Bradykinin-induced dilation in isolated rat heart coronary arteries, for cardiovascular disease research.
