Thymectacin
Thymectacin (NB 1011) is a selective thymidylate synthase (TS) inhibitor developed as an anticancer agent. Its activity has been investigated in preclinical studies for colon cancer and other solid tumors, demonstrating effects in both cellular and animal models of disease.
