VMAT2-IN-I HCl

VMAT2-IN-I HCl is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2), exhibiting approximately 15-fold higher binding affinity compared to the reference compound GZ-793A. This inhibitor is a valuable pharmacological tool for investigating monoamine storage and release mechanisms in both in vitro and in vivo models of neuropharmacology and substance use disorders.
