Lagunamycin
Lagunamycin is a novel small molecule inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) . This compound is utilized in biochemical research to study the leukotriene pathway and has shown inhibitory activity in both in vitro enzyme assays and cellular models of inflammation.
