Pemetrexed tromethamine
Pemetrexed tromethamine is a small molecule antifolate chemotherapeutic agent used in research models of non-small cell lung cancer and malignant pleural mesothelioma. It functions by inhibiting key folate-dependent enzymes, including thymidylate synthase, and is widely applied in both in vitro cytotoxicity assays and in vivo xenograft studies.
