Poloxin-2 is a potent and selective inhibitor targeting the Polo-box domain (PBD) of Polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1) . It demonstrates anti-tumor activity by reducing Plk1 protein levels in HeLa cells and has been utilized in vitro to study mitosis, cell cycle progression, and cancer therapeutics.
