Ro 41-0960
Ro 41-0960 is a reversible, orally-bioavailable inhibitor of catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) . It is used in research to study COMT's role in neurotransmitter metabolism and has been applied in both in vitro enzyme assays and in vivo models of Parkinson's disease.
