Nolatrexed dihydrochloride
Nolatrexed dihydrochloride (Thymitaq) is a water-soluble, lipophilic quinazoline folate analog that acts as a potent thymidylate synthase inhibitor, disrupting thymine synthesis and leading to DNA damage, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. It has been investigated in vitro and in vivo for anticancer and radiosensitizing effects in various solid tumor models.
