AA560 is a nonsteroidal antiandrogen that inhibits the uptake of radiolabeled androgens in the ventral prostate and reduces accessory organ weight. It is a research tool for investigating androgen receptor signaling in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo models of prostate biology.
