Asoprisnil ecamate

Asoprisnil ecamate is a selective progesterone receptor modulator (SPRM) that selectively inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis in human uterine leiomyoma cells in vitro, while sparing normal myometrial cells. In vivo studies in mice demonstrate it disrupts endometrial ultrastructure and inhibits embryo implantation, supporting its research use in gynecological pathologies like fibroids and fertility.
